Unused balance. Money you have topped up and not spent is refundable on request. Ask and we will return it to the source it came from. It does not expire while it sits there.
Seats already used. A seat a student has sat is not refundable — the exam ran and was marked.
Seats enabled but unused. If a sitting is cancelled and nobody sat it, tell us and we will credit those seats back. This is the common case with a postponed exam and we do not make it difficult.
If something breaks. If a failure on our side stops an exam running or costs students their attempt, we credit the seats and help you re-run it. That is our answer regardless of what caused it.
How to ask. Email talk@approidtech.com from the address on the account. We reply within one working day and refunds are processed within a week.
