Schools

Our teachers are not technical. How long does setting a paper take?

An afternoon the first time; a routine class test takes minutes after that.

What about students without a good device or connection?

The exam survives drops — answers save locally and sync back. Lab computers are the typical setup.

Can we still use our own marking scheme?

Yes — customisable per exam section, with varied scoring rules.

Who sees the results before we release them?

Only staff. Results stay hidden until you publish for the whole class at once.

Does every teacher need their own account?

Each teacher gets one, free. Pricing is per student; staff accounts are unlimited and role-based.

Coaching centres

Can we run a paper in the same pattern as the real exam?

Yes — configurations match entrance formats like JEE and NEET.

Do students see a rank?

Yes, ranks and percentiles after you publish — plus batch analytics for weak topics.

Can students pay for their own test-series seats?

Yes, for public exams. Custom exams charge per student per year.

What stops a student sitting it twice with a friend's login?

Attempt limits and camera mode; flags are reviewed by your proctors.

Institutes & colleges

Can our examination committee see who changed what?

Published papers are locked; edits create new numbered versions.

Can departments work separately?

Yes — examiner, evaluator and proctor roles are isolated.

How are descriptive answers handled?

Humans evaluate with AI suggestions alongside; people decide every subjective mark.

What happens to a candidate flagged for malpractice?

Staff review manually. Nothing is auto-failed by an algorithm.

Companies

Can we plug this into our ATS?

Yes — the public API covers exams, candidates, attempts, results and integrity reports.

A rejected candidate has challenged their result. What can we show them?

The paper, their responses, the marking scheme and the integrity timeline.

Is the camera footage stored?

Only in recording mode; analysis happens on the candidate's device.

Can a candidate ask us to delete their data?

Yes — export or erase per candidate, independently.

Certification bodies

How does an employer check a certificate is real?

Enter the serial on the public verification page — no authentication needed.

Can a paper be changed after candidates have sat it?

No. Publishing locks it; revisions create new versions.

What proctoring do certifying exams usually use?

Camera mode and recording; all three modes cost the same.

Where is candidate video analysed?

On the candidate's device; only conclusions reach the platform.

Students

Do I need my institute to sign me up?

Practice is free without one. Certifications you purchase yourself; institute exams need their enrollment.

What if my internet drops mid-exam?

Answers save locally and sync on reconnection; the server timer continues.

Will I see the correct answers afterwards?

Yes, once results publish — with worked solutions where provided.

Do I need a camera?

Only if the exam requires camera mode, disclosed upfront.
